How to follow up with prospects using Solidinbox
If you are reading this post, chances are you have already sent your first campaign through Solidinbox. But what about the leads and prospects that haven't responded back? You can follow up with all them of them with just a click of a button instead going through each of them one by one.
Let's see how it's done.
1. Go to campaigns
Go to “Campaign” section and click/view the campaign you want to follow up with.
2. Click Follow up
Now in overview section you will see a button that says: Follow up. Simply click on that and you will be asked to select the DM template message you want to send to new prospects.
3. Select DM template
From there you can create and send the follow up campaign.
It's that easy! You can view all the replies and in-depth analytics for each campaign in the "Analytics" area.
